Large (5,000 – 7,500 sq ft)
Bigger properties that take time to mow and trim, often with trees, garden beds, or multiple zones to work around.
Over an Acre (1+ acres)
Rural or commercial-size land. We bring commercial gear, riding mowers, and a team to cover serious ground quickly.
Small (1,250 – 2,500 sq ft)
Modest yards with enough room for a mower, but easy to cover in one pass. Think starter homes or tight corner lots.
Extra Large (7,500 – 10,000 sq ft)
A wide yard or mini-estate. Takes real time and power equipment to service right — perfect for bigger suburban lots.
Medium (2,500 – 5,000 sq ft)
A typical suburban lawn — decent front and back space with room for landscaping, sheds, or play areas.
Full Acre (Around 43,560 sq ft)
Large properties with lots of green space. May include long fences, slopes, wooded areas, or multiple access points.

Lawn Mowing

Debris Removal

Garden Bed Care
Light weeding, reshaping edges, and prepping your beds for mulch or planting. Keeps your beds clean, neat, and healthy.
Edging & Trimming
Clean up edges along sidewalks, driveways, and fences — and trim areas the mower can’t reach. It’s the detail work that makes a yard pop.
Bagging Add-On
Want everything cleaned up and hauled off? We’ll bag clippings, trimmings, and debris from any service so your yard’s spotless.
Mulch Installation
Refresh flower beds and garden areas with fresh mulch, which helps retain moisture and suppress weeds for a neat finish.
Pet Waste Removal
We’ll clean up after your pets to keep your lawn safe and sanitary. A quick add-on to any service or available by itself.
Bush or Hedge Trimming
Shape, thin, and control overgrown hedges and shrubs to keep your landscaping tidy and healthy.

What kind of yard are we working with?
Wide Open — Easy Access
Flat, open space with nothing in the way. No fences, beds, slopes, or tight corners — just grass we can get right to.
Heavy Obstacles
A yard with multiple challenges: steep slopes, thick growth, lots of beds, clutter, fencing, or uneven terrain. Slows us down but still doable.
A Few Obstacles
Some light landscaping features like a couple trees, a small garden bed, or a fence. Slightly more involved, but still quick to handle.
Extremely Overgrown or Cluttered
Grass is very long, bushes are overgrown, or there’s yard junk and general chaos. We can handle it — just know it takes serious cleanup time.
Moderately Complex
Several things to work around — bushes, slopes, raised beds, patio furniture, or tight access. Takes a bit more time and care.

I have leaves in my yard
A light to heavy layer of leaves (not during fall) takes extra cleanup time. We’ll factor this into the estimate if needed.
I qualify for an elder discount
If you’re a senior or getting this done for a senior, we offer a respectful discount as a thank-you. Just check this box and we’ll apply it when we quote.
My lawn is overgrown
If the grass hasn’t been cut in a while or is very tall, it takes longer to service and may need special equipment.
